At ZENworks Yoga, our mission is to foster resilience, mindfulness, and well-being in underserved communities through yoga and mindfulness programs. Over the past decade, we’ve touched thousands of lives, empowering students, educators, and families with tools for emotional regulation, stress management, and personal growth.

Through our trauma-informed, evidence-based curriculum, we work alongside schools and community organizations to make a tangible difference in the mental and physical well-being of those we serve.
