Family Yoga & Mindfulness

Join our ZENmakers for engaging 25-45 minute floor-based classes featuring breathing exercises, yoga movements, and mindfulness activities designed to enhance Social-Emotional Learning. These sessions can be done on a yoga mat, large towel, blanket, or any soft floor. Ideal for families and kids in grades K-5!

Reset Series

Our Reset series will take you through family-friendly seated yoga and mindfulness techniques that can be done almost anytime.

Whether you or your children are feeling frustrated, anxious, overwhelmed, or having trouble sleeping, this series of accessible 10-15 minute videos provides yoga practices to build emotional resilience.

Educators and Caregivers Series
